Mr. Multerer received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and New York State Bar Association.
