Mark MultererExperienced and Understanding
Mark Multerer has over 25 years of experience and focuses his practice on personal injury law. Since forming his own law firm in 2010, Mr. Multerer has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
Jill TrembathExperienced and Knowledgeable
Jill began her career as a trial attorney defending personal injury cases. She joins Multerer Law Firm with the experience and knowledge to handle our client’s personal injury claims.
Jill obtained her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Canisius College in Childhood Education with a concentration in History. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, School of Law. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
Carol NewlandExperienced and Thorough
Carol’s paralegal career spans 30 years. She has been paralegal to attorney Mark Multerer for 18 years. She graduated from Hilbert College with an Associates/Paralegal degree and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from SUNY at Brockport. Carol attended SUNY Buffalo in their Masters of Business Program.
Carol’s paralegal experience is rooted in general litigation, personal injury, real estate, matrimonial law, bankruptcy, corporate law and estates. Ultimately, she found she enjoyed the personal injury practice and the opportunity it provides for her to interaction with people in the community, the clients and attorneys. She likes to help people and make a difference every day.
